  • Summary: HPD Vice raided a topless club and made numerous arrests for prostitution and SOB offenses. Client gave a private dance for the Vice officer whereby she is alleged to have simulated sexual intercourse during the dance. Vice officer then asked if she would be willing to give him a “blow job” and allegedly an agreement to do so was made. Raid team then made entry and made the arrest.
  • Case Result: Client given Class C Special Expense for Disorderly Conduct. Case was fully dismissed after 90 days.
